I'm Karla Paola I was born 31 years ago in a very small town in Mexico called Agua Prieta, which borders the city of Douglas Az. From very small my culinary gifts were flourishing. I loved playing with my sisters in the garden and making mud pies, rubber tree tacos with grass, rose petals and a touch of earth. I thought I was a chef! I always loved helping my grandmother in the kitchen and it was there when I discovered my passion not only for the kitchen but also for the pleasure of giving, sharing and of course tasting the food. I come from a very traditional, large and Catholic family, where sharing the table is our way of giving and receiving love. Without a doubt, my grandmother, whom I call Nana, is my great inspiration. If I could summarize in three words my type of kitchen would be a lot of love, color and texture.
